Help Us Deliver Innovative Programs That Inspire and Transform Students Across Los Angeles

The California Partners for Student Success Program is a state-funded initiative through the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) designed to help underserved schools thrive. By offering innovative and impactful educational programs, this initiative focuses on improving student achievement and creating positive learning environments.

CAZA Government Solutions is proud to serve as a prime contractor for this initiative. We are recruiting organizations to provide a variety of programs, including:

  • STEAM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math)
  • Career Readiness (resume building, mentorship, and job shadowing)
  • Social-Emotional Learning (mindfulness, healthy relationships, and identity-affirming activities)
  • Joy and Wellness (yoga, nutrition education, and physical fitness)
  • Parent and Community Engagement (mindful parenting, civic engagement, and leadership development).

This interactive map displays all eligible schools for LAUSD’s Partners for Student Success Program in 2025. Nearly 400 schools are represented, with each pinpoint showing a potential engagement site.

Subcontractor Insurance Requirements

Coverage Specifications are as Follows:

A. Commercial General Liability
Per Occurrence $1,000,000
Fire Damage $100,000
Medical Expenses $5,000
Personal & Advertising Injury $1,000,000
General Aggregate $3,000,000
Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $3,000,000
B. Business Auto Liability
Combined Single Limit $1,000,000 per occurrence
Note: If no owned autos, then non- owned/hired coverage can be accepted.
C. Workers’ Compensation
Part A Statutory Limits
Part B – Employers Liability $1,000,000/$1,000,000/$1,000,000
Note: If you are a sole proprietor with no employees, proof of Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability insurance coverage will not be required. However, (you the) Sub-Contractor must provide the District with a signed Workers’ Compensation Statement. If so, please contact the Contract Analyst via email at jeri.reed@lausd.net to obtain the Workers’ Compensation Statement.
D. Additional Required Coverage
Errors & Omissions (Professional Liability) $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
Cyber Liability $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
Sexual Abuse and Molestation $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate

Additional Requirements
  • The Commercial General Liability and Business Auto Liability policies of insurance providing the coverages referred to in clauses A and B above must contain an Additional Insured Endorsement wording of:

  • All Contractors, upon execution of the contract and periodically thereafter upon request, shall furnish LAUSD with certificates of insurance evidencing such coverage. 
  • The certificate of insurance shall include a ten (10) day non-renewal/ cancellation notice provision.
  • Any deductibles or Self-Insured Retentions (SIR) shall be declared in writing. An SIR or deductibles above $100,000 require the Office of Risk Management and Insurance Service’s pre-approval.
